These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of services and products from Gentle Helsinki ("Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By making a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Payment Terms
• We accept payments via credit/debit card, online bank transfers, and other payment methods specified on our website or booking platform.
• All payments must be made in full before attending classes, purchasing memberships, or receiving any services.
• Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2. Delivery Time
• After purchasing a class, membership, workshop, event, or other service, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
• Digital products, such as online courses or downloadable materials, are delivered immediately or within the timeframe specified in the product description.
• Physical products, if offered, will be shipped within 6 business days unless otherwise stated.
3. Consumer's Right to Cancel
• Consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of the transaction date in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, provided the purchased service has not been used.
• By booking or attending a class, activating a membership, or otherwise using a purchased service during the 14-day cancellation period, you expressly request that the service begin immediately and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be reduced or lost to the extent the service has been provided.

4. Returns & Refunds
• Class passes, memberships, workshops, events, and other services are generally non-refundable once activated, used, or attended, except where otherwise required by law.
• If a purchased service is cancelled by us and no suitable alternative can be offered, you will be entitled to a refund or account credit.
• The Studio reserves the right to cancel a class if there is only one participant registered. In such cases, the cancellation will be communicated no later than two (2) hours before the scheduled start time, and any class credit used for the booking will be returned to the customer. The Studio may also cancel a class due to instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances. In all such cases, customers will receive their class credit back.

5. Handling Complaints
• If you experience any issues with our services, please contact us at info@gentlehelsinki.com with a description of your complaint.
• We will respond within 6 business days and work towards a fair resolution.
6. Dispute Resolution
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you may refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
7. Membership Terms
• All memberships renew automatically until cancelled.
• Memberships may be cancelled only after at least one renewal payment has been successfully processed.
• A minimum notice period of one month applies to all membership cancellations.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@gentlehelsinki.com.
• The notice period begins on the date we receive the cancellation request. Membership fees remain payable during the notice period, and any scheduled payments due within that period will be charged as normal.
• Memberships remain active until the end of the applicable notice period, after which future renewals will be cancelled.
• Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
