Alina is a Certified Pilates Instructor and a former professional ballet dancer with the Finnish National Ballet. With over 20 years of experience in movement and body awareness, she brings exceptional expertise, precision, and depth to our team. Her teaching is rooted in a profound understanding of the body and how it moves. Alina’s classes focus on intelligent alignment, mindful strength, and ease, helping you build support without tension and move with clarity and confidence.

Alisa is passionate about holding space for stillness, presence, and deep rest. With her calming voice, grounding presence, and soothing energy, her classes offer a true moment of peace in your day. Having studied yoga in India, Alisa is a RYT500-certified yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner who teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga. She also takes care of the studio’s day-to-day operations, bringing the same mindfulness and intention into everything she does. Deeply devoted to living yoga beyond the mat, she creates a space for deep relaxation, release, and inner reconnection. With care and presence, Alisa will guide you into stillness, helping you gently let go and leave feeling restored, grounded, and renewed.

Elli also leads our wonderful kids’ group, inspiring little ones to move with joy and confidence.

We are deeply grateful for everything she has created with this space, from its calm, welcoming atmosphere to the thoughtful intention woven into every detail. Her presence continues to be felt throughout the studio she built. She still occasionally teaches at Gentle, and her classes reflect the same care and intention as the space itself — soft, mindful, and deeply attuned to how you feel. Kate takes the time to check in, listen, and guide with gentle support, helping you move with ease, awaken your body, and leave feeling grounded and at ease.
