Here are a few tips to help make your first visit as comfortable as possible.
— Please arrive no earlier than 10–15 minutes before class. We sometimes have short breaks between sessions, and this time helps our teachers reset the space and take a brief pause before welcoming you.
— Let us know about any injuries or health considerations when booking the class, so we can offer appropriate options and guidance.
— Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water — staying hydrated is more important than it may seem.
We’ve taken care of everything else — the studio is fully equipped for your practice.
